Group Offerings

“You have such a keen sense of the realities and possibilities. I’m grateful you are with the team during this critical moment. It is easy and joyful to work with you.”

National Arts + Creative Communities Funder

I invite groups with an explicit commitment to racial justice to partner with me in the following ways:

  • As an experienced Executive Director who has helped launched two organizations, I understand some of the pain points in “doing it all.” The beauty is, you don’t have to be alone in managing change or trying to start a project while hiring for a full-time solution. From fundraising, programs, outreach, operations, communications, management, and leadership - could you use a helping hand?

For example: In the span of 5 months, I helped an organization incubating a start-up, hire two additional staff while lessening hours of other teammates, secured $200K in funding, grew internal communications and operational systems, while introducing more ease and joy into the work.

  • As a change nurturer I understand that organizations may be experiencing tremendous change. During those time, I offer a mid to long-term engagement to provide a neutral and supportive role by providing consistent coaching. Think of it as instilling professional development infrastructure with care and consistency for your community.

  • As a practitioner trained by East Bay Meditation Center I have studied, practiced, and continue to engage in trauma-informed mindfulness practices. Connecting to the present and learning ways to engage with your thoughts, feelings, and body more gently can open up possibilities of peace. We all have a right to feelings of calm, care, and connection which is what I work to bring to groups through mindfulness moments and guided lessons.

  • As an enthusiastic doodler I have been trained by The Grove Consultants to do in-person graphic recording and facilitation. Let me help you turn a pivotal conversation into a memorable experience as I capture your brilliance in real-time visuals. I am not your ordinary designer, I work to create something unique for you and your team, all my materials are sustainable, and I even provide virtual (online) graphic recording.

  • As a community-centered person I lead with love. It is a powerful choice that guides me in how I cultivate spaces. It can often open and allow for people to experience an event with more depth and connection. Wether it’s to mark a celebratory moment, mark a culturally significant moment, or honor a life; we can work together to ensure your heart’s intention sing throughout the implementation and experience of your event.

  • As somebody who has formed spaces to nourish cross-racial spaces, I am a believer in the important in creating experiences of connection that allow people to share their stories, grow their knowledge, and deepen their relations. I utilize my experience inn developing leadership programs to customize 1-3 day experiences in Northern California. Currently, this is only offered as an invitation to select people and groups.

Community Cultivator.

I enjoy working with organizations who share a commitment to racial justice. That initial alignment enables us to explore multiple ways to connect. I have a breadth of experience that enables me to work in a range of environments with grace and grit towards shared goals. If you would like to learn more, I hope we can connect for an exploratory call.
