Aaramse is my specialized approach to change-work with individuals who are experience a major change, shift, or moment in their life as they work to “reset” something important. From switching careers to a creative endeavor or embodying more confidence; I work with a variety of folks who are open to care-informed practices to shift patterns, behaviors, and beliefs so that they can be more in line with their own inner knowing.
